Things are swongy lately…
Undelying story is still the same: my sleep cycle is totaly fucked, I havent done sport in a while, so my psyche is not at his best and I play accordingly :(
On wednesday I made the decision to take a break on thursday… and obviously I did not stick to that, and as I felt ok decided to put in “just few hands” at 9 in the morning.
I went stuck 7BI really really fast, and the “few hands” became a 9hours long HU marathon session…
I played 4k hands of HU in a row, and trust me: that’s a lot !I managed to come back above 0 after few hours, but decided to make some money, and as you can guess obviously variance catched with me super hard (9BI below EV) and I went down 10BI again.
Few hours later I was up with a good day after my second soul-crushing match of the week, when i took 11buy-in from a guy who went ultra-tilted.
But despite the ok result, retrospectivly I am really really worried about the amount of stress/frustration that this session involved, how bad I played and how poorly I managed myself.
I need to go back to some life basics, or things will irretrievably go wrong.Went to sleep at 10pm, and woke up at 1am, I hate that.

Month was good, I did not play much and still made a good result.
I almost only played HUNL100/200/400 since my last post, and I liked it, I plan to keep on doing that for now.
I made the decision to stop posting my graphs, except on specific occasion (dont know what kind yet), so I wont post my graph for this month
Am a little bored of posting on this blog, dunno what i m gonna do with it.
Usually, when I am playing HU, it usually means that I am too tilted to play 6 max.
That’s the way it started few days ago, but finally I kept playing HU (mostly NL100 on Stars).
I have now played 7k hands of HU, and despite the fact that I really suck at it, I enjoy it and manage to make some money.
It’s really exciting to have this feeling of “new” :)

As you can see, I lucked in all-in EV and had 3 significant downswing (3k, 2k, 2k) 2 of them being tilt related. I could prob have made 4k more by being more disciplined 
Anyway, with 1k+ RB/Bonus to add I still have made some good money.
I was reviewing some stats in HEM today, and made this graph.
This is my lifetime NL200 graph, I just passed the 30 000$ mark.

This week I made the decision to run good, and obviously it worked 
I played last week, started by playing bad and losing money and then went back to even.
I checked my game and found some really bad new tendencies (looks like my perception of HR has been changed with HU), managed to play some good poker afterwards.
Did not play last few days (today is the 3rd day in a row), because my sleep cycle is totaly fucked (10am-4pm) and I wont play while tired.Using my time to do some sport (+++EV) and work on a personnal project.
Up 0$ for september, but not worried and that’s probably the most important
Not much to say, after tilting my earnings at my normal limit (twice) I just decided to play some micro NL poker (lot of HU) for fun.
I am not really worried about the result as I took a lot of time off with relatives, I consider August as my holliday month :)
As you can guess, when I m not updating my blog it means that I am not making a ton of money…
Here is the situation:
-I did not play much in august (prob like 10k hands in 3 weeks).
-I tilted all my earnings .
Here are the conclusions:
-I should do some sport (I really lack that).
-I should stick to a strict discipline, it cost me a lot when I dont.
Basically, I am exactly were I was at 2 month ago (tired, stressed, tilted), except that this time I used more time for good purpose (spending time with friends and family) and dont feel so bad about losing/not earning much money.
